Dad's Granola
5 cups old fashioned oats
1 c sesame seeds
1 c sunflower seeds
1 c unsweetened coconut
1 c powdered milk
1 c graham or soy flour
1 c sliced almonds
1 c walnut chunks (pecans are better)
1 c wheat germ
1/2 c brown sugar
Lots of cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients
1 2/3 c oil
1 c honey (sub sorghum or light molasses or malt syrup)
Stir into dry ingredients
Spread onto cookie sheets, press firmly to compact the mixture (reciple makes 2 cookie sheets full)
Bake at 300 deg 35-40 min recommend one sheet at a time
Store sealed
